Meditation is one of those things that everyone knows they should be doing, but it often falls by the wayside. The most common thing we hear is that it’s intimidating, it feels daunting. “How do I meditate?” “What course did you take?” “How do you find the time?” The thing is there is nothing more simple. It just requires sitting down for a few minutes and clearing your mind. And the results are incredible. When we meditate consistently, we feel our anxiety subside, our minds settle, and our hearts open.
